Who Comes to Therapy and Why?
People of all ages and from all walks of life come to therapy
Some people come directly arising out of a crisis or trauma whilst others arrive at a particular juncture in their lives where they have become curious about who they are, where they have come from ie who and what has shaped them into the person they have become, and what they might like to consider for their future. This is about personal development which involves a gentle check-in with the self.
